1. Read it over carefully. Pay special attention to your loan conditions. (i.e., “All pages of your bank statement from July 2003”, etc.) You must satisfy these conditions by providing the required documentation and information so we can continue to process your loan.

2. Sign your name and date each page that requires your signature.

3. Return the signed package to your Loan Coordinator as soon as possible.
