What if I can’t find my original bank statement?

If you cannot find your original bank statement follow the directions below to provide an acceptable substitute:

1. Go to your bank and request a duplicate statement or a print out statement of your account for the month(s) in question.

2. Have the bank officer/ teller to sign and date stamp the document. The document must have the original signature of the bank employee and the original date stamp in order to be acceptable.

3. Send the signed and stamped original document to Clear Progress.
