Collect Your Documents

In order to begin the loan process, we will need several types of documentation from you to verify your financial history. You may want to start collecting the documents listed below to speed up the process.

Documents you will need:
  • Pay stub(s): most recent with year to date earnings included (if you are self employed, you will need your personal business tax returns for the last 2 years)
  • Checking account(s) statements: most recent and ALL pages
  • Savings account(s) statements: most recent and ALL pages
  • Investment, retirement account(s) statements: most recent and ALL pages
  • W-2 Form: most recent
  • Employment information: work address, telephone number, boss’ name, and salary for the last 2 years.
  • Realtor: name and phone number
  • Homeowner’s insurance: agent name and phone number
  • Inspection Report: you’ll need this to get your insurance

If applicable, you may also need:
  • Rental agreements: for any investment properties you own, with respective mortgage information.
  • Divorce, legal separation documents, and or child support records
  • Social Security, pension, disability: award letter and copy of most recent check.
